Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Who these terms are between

You (the parent or guardian who enrols a student) and Improve ME Institute.

2. Free diagnostic test

The diagnostic test is free and carries no obligation. It shows where your child is today and what we recommend next.

3. Fees and VAT

Sessions are charged per session per subject at the current rate card (shown on our pricing page), plus 5% VAT where it applies. A one-time enrolment fee of AED 300 per student is payable on joining. Fees may change for future terms; we tell you before they do.

4. Paying

Payment is due before the first lesson. Instalments are available by agreement on invoices over AED 4,000 (the first instalment is 60% of the total). If an instalment is not paid, we may pause lessons until it is.

5. Attendance, cancellation and make-up lessons

To cancel or move a lesson, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. If you do, we offer a make-up lesson where we can. A lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, is charged and is not made up. If we cancel a lesson, we re-offer it. Unused paid lessons expire at the end of the term, or are extended at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Fees are not refunded once the term has started. If we cancel a lesson or a course, we re-offer the lesson or credit it. A payment made twice by mistake is credited against your next invoice or refunded.

7. Class size and teaching

Groups have at most six students. We choose tutors and may change them when needed.

8. Behaviour and safeguarding

We expect respectful behaviour. We may end a student's place for serious misbehaviour. We follow our safeguarding policy, available on request.

9. Results

We aim to help every student progress but cannot promise a particular exam result or grade.

10. Privacy

How we use your data is in the Privacy Policy.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop by telling us in writing; the agreement then ends at the end of the current term. We may stop services with notice if fees are unpaid or these terms are broken.

12. Law

These terms follow the laws of the UAE and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
